All artisan jewelry is designed and handcrafted by Marisa Pellegrini. Marisa uses many beads and components that are made by artisans and craftsmen from around the world. Due to their handcrafted nature, some may vary slightly, making each one uniquely yours. The colors of the natural stones and shells may vary slightly and may have some natural inclusions.
The fashion (or costume) jewelry items that are available on this site are high quality pieces that Marisa has taken a lot of time to hand-select using her attention to detail and style as well as affordability.
Payment
Once your order is complete, the checkout process will take you to PayPal for processing. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase. PayPal accepts most major credit and debit cards. Orders shipped within Georgia are subject to sales tax.
Shipping
Shipping is provided free of charge within the United States for orders of $30 and above. Your items will be shipped via USPS, first class mail with delivery confirmation, to the address you list on the shopping cart. Items will be shipped within 1-3 days of purchase and if that is not possible, we will contact you. If you need the item in a shorter time frame, please contact us using the contact form. Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.
We collect your information only in order to ship your merchandise. The information you provide to us will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the item(s) you purchased.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so as long as your order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, however, you can return the item for a refund. Please see the Refunds and Exchanges section below for more information.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with any item that you have purchased from us, it may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please complete the contact form and request a return authorization (RA) number and directions to return or exchange your merchandise. Shipping costs for returns will not be reimbursed.
